Each single week, I’ll pick 2 people for a one-on-one mentoring session with me.

Ok, I said it, I dropped the bomb, but why am I doing this?
The more I interact with aspiring producers, the more I remember how frustrating it can be and how frustating it’s been for me too.

I went through the same, before I was able to turn my music into a living.

I spent a decade in stress and self doubt and I even burned out from it and even had long term health consequences because of that (PS: after paying 10k+ for a world class school).
And I don’t think that’s fair. And I don’t want others to go through the same.

Having no idea about why my tracks would never sound as I wanted, why they never sounded like professional tracks.
I lived in self doubt second guessing my self for around a decade and I know how painful it is.
I would never be satisfied and the worst thing in the world was that I didn’t know why I couldn’t get there.

It felt like a labyrynth with no exit.

That is the biggest damage the education industry is currently doing young aspiring producers, just giving them a bunch of general entry level knowledge and then leaving them to figure it out on their own for the next 1 or 2 decades, without any clue on how to actually do it.
Not to mention how confusing and imprecise Youtube tutorials and online courses can be.

Basically everybody is giving people general or sometimes even specific information, but nobody is clearly telling people how to go from A to Z.

It’s like giving people the pieces of a puzzle without telling them what the final image is supposed to look like.
It’s like giving people the ingredients for a recipe without telling them in what proportions, in what order to use them and how to blend them together.

And aspiring producers are led to believe that the kind of information they have access to should be enough to sound professional and so they judge their music based on that, just like I used to do, and that’s a recipe for disaster, because you are measuring yourself on a scale that you don’t even have the tools to access, because nobody gave them to you.

And that’s what I’ve been doing instead with people FOR FREE.
Some time ago I decided I wanted to dedicate some of my time to giving back to the community, so I started assigning a few hours of my weekly schedule to simply giving FREE One-on-One sessions to anybody who might need them.

I do wanna make a difference. I do wanna spare people decades of stress and trial and error.

As you can imagine if you’ve checked out my homepage, these days I am pretty busy with my own students, and of course they have priority, but I still want to make sure I amhelpting as many people as possible and so I’ve reserved 2 spots each single week that I will give away for free.

I usually get a lot of requests so there is an application form that I’ll use to select whom I can give the session to.
The selection doesn’t happen base on your skill level but more so on your motivations and level of commitment.
